Piracy : A pirate creek management game
A downloadable game for Windows
Pitch:
Piracy is a pirate creek management game in a fantasy universe.
You have to manage your island and your crew composed of dwarves, elves and humans, each one having its own needs (dwarves, for example, like rum, elves like recycling wood....Do you think it's stereotypical? Well, it's normal because it is ! )
The goal of the game is to successfully complete expeditions, while managing your resources, to become the greatest pirate of the pirate nation!
Gameplay:
You have 3 resources to manage, gold, wood and of course rum (you are pirates, damn it!).
Each of these resources has its use, rum for the happiness of the dwarves and humans, wood for the elves and gold to buy buildings or islands.
With this you will have to manage your crew, each member is unique and has its own characteristics that will be useful during events or for the mission you give to your pirates.
In addition there are expeditions, the expeditions are the big missions where you will have to send your best guys to accomplish various tasks!
Controls :
The game is played entirely with the mouse, just point and click on the different elements on the screen.
Early Access Information :
The game is an end of year student project in game design and programming at the "Ludus Academie" school in Strasbourg, France.
I'm releasing it in early access in order to get feedback, and to get playtesting from you guys.
I'm looking to see if the game is "fun" and well "balanced" so please, if you can, please give me feedback that would help me a lot!
Also, English is not my native language, so if you want mistakes or misspelled sentences tell me !
